Floritas was born from the shared love and passion for good food, from the curiosity towards distant and extraordinarily deep cultures.
A wonderful project undertaken by a couple of young boys in love, she is Italian and he is of South American origin.
He carries with him the memory of his place of origin; moments shared with the family, spent in contact with nature and all that it offers.
Always passionate about cooking, she learned to discover exotic and extremely tasty ingredients.
They realized what a fantastic opportunity they had in being able to create together a mixture of cultures linked to the ancient culinary tradition.
So they decided to create Floritas, a harmonious union of Italian and Latin ingredients to combine an innovative chip. Fresh plantain directly from South America and 100% Italian craftsmanship with excellent ingredients.

WHAT IS PLATANE?
A tropical fruit, the plantain has a characteristic intense green skin, which encloses a pulp with a tasty but delicate flavor, with a slightly sweet aftertaste, belonging to the genus Musae, the same family as bananas.
Nutritious and rich in carbohydrates, starches and fibres, excellent source of vitamins A, B and C.
It has many nutritional properties and is extremely digestible, suitable for coeliacs and those suffering from gastritis or intestinal problems. Contains no cholesterol!
